Help with travel

For international flights, we are located approximately 30 minutes from both London Heathrow and London Gatwick airports.  We are also just 30 minutes by rail from the centre of London.  We are therefore ideally situated for clients visiting us from overseas.

We can assist with arranging flights and accommodation at a comfortable, local hotel.

Please let us know if we can help you by calling Karen on 0845 680 202

Translators

It can be beneficial to bring a friend or relation with you who speaks English and can act as a companion for you whilst you are undergoing treatment.
If you need the services of a translator during your stay, we can make the necessary arrangements.  Please call Karen on 0845 680 2020 who will be able to assist you.

Payment

We will advise you of the cost of your treatment before you visit us.  In all cases, payment is required prior to treatment, whether for such treatment, travel or accommodation. Payment is required in advance before an appointment can be made.

We accept most major credit cards.

Locations

Consultations and treatment can be undertaken at any one of three locations, all of which are in Surrey and approximately 30 minutes from the centre of London and major airports. These locations can be seen at the bottom of the page.

  • Everybody was always very helpful and made me feel at ease. Mr Ursell was excellent in all his dealings with me ,as he knew I was very scared of the whole procedure owing to my late Mother’s failed cataract operation. I cannot praise him enough Feb 2011
